Varagani is a village in Pedanandipadu mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

As of 2011 census, the village has population of 3874 of which 1864 are males and 2010 are females. Average Sex Ratio of the village is 1078 which is higher than Andhra Pradesh state average of 993. Population of children with age 0-6 is 376 which makes up 9.71 % of total population of village. Child Sex Ratio for the Pedanandipadu as per census is 1055, higher than Andhra Pradesh average of 939.
