Freedom Alliance

Freedom Alliance is the organiser of Freedom Week, a student seminar about a free society based on individual liberty and the free market, held at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.

Freedom Alliance is an independent organisation which collaborates whith a number of free market think tanks for the organisation of Freedom Week: The Adam Smith Institute, The Institute of Economic Affairs, Reform, Centre for Policy Studies, the Institute for Humane Studies(USA), The Institute of Economic Studies (France), Open Europe, the Globalisation Institute and the International Policy Network.

Lecturers and speakers have included: John Blundell, Dr. Eamonn Butler, Prof. Pierre Garello, Prof. David Marsland, Prof. Patrick Minford, Prof. Kenneth Minogue, Prof. Julian Morris, Kendra Okonski, Dr. Tom Palmer, Dr. Mark Pennington, Dr. Madsen Pirie, Alex Singleton, Dr. Craig Smith, Jean-Paul Floru and Prof. James Tooley.

The Advisory Board of Freedom Alliance includes Dr. Nigel Ashford, Christine Blundell, Prof. Dr. Boudewijn Bouckaert, Dr. Eamonn Butler, Andrew Haldenby, The Lord Hamilton of Epsom, Ruth Lea, The Lord Leach of Fairford, Dr. Tom G. Palmer, Dr. Mark Pennington, Dr. Madsen Pirie and Alex Singleton.
