removed uncited claim in criticism section

There is a cited criticism that "The screening only goes back one year for civil judgments and it never re-screens contractors again.[44]" This was followed by the following statement, made without any citation "This is false. Homeadvisor screens back to any felonies or jail time. People have been rejected for things that have happened 20 plus years ago." I removed the uncited rebuttal. If the editor disagrees with the cited source, then there needs to be a better argument than simple, "This is false."24.246.40.139 (talk) 17:01, 19 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
