"Paradinha" is a song by the Brazilian singer Anitta. Was released on May 31, 2017 by the saddle of Warner Music.[1] Composed by Anitta herself. It's the second single from her fourth studio album, still unnamed, anticipated by the first single "Sim Ou Não". It is the first single in Spanish of Anitta.[2] The song is a reggaeton with Latin sub-genres from the drum to the spec of an electronic flute.[3][4]

Background and release

Anitta collaborated with Australian rapper Iggy Azalea on the track "Switch " for her second studio album "Digital Distortion", Anitta was in New York to record the single along with music video with Iggy Azalea, and with passage took advantage and recorded "Paradinha" secretly. The music video with Iggy was leaked on the internet, just days after the official release and then the clip was postponed to another date. On May 27 they performed "Switch" on the American television show "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". By social networks Anitta had told her that she was preparing a surprise for her fans from all over Latin America, who would be releasing an all-Spanish single for her fourth studio album as yet unnamed, and on May 31, 2017 was released along with the music video.[5]

Recording and development

The recordings occurred in a very short time in her recording studio in New York, as Anitta wanted to release the single by surprise, although portions of the song were leaked two days before its official release.[6]

Music video

The music video of "Paradinha" was filmed in New York and directed by Bruno Ilogti and Giovanni Bianco. The music video is divided into five scenarios, where Anitta accompanied by his dancers begin to dance in a laundry, supermarket, subway, alley in the street, and in a restaurant.[7] The scenes are repeated constantly until the song is over.[8][9]
