Book: Tubby Clayton - A Personal Saga by Melville Harcourt - publ: Hodder & Staughton first printed 1953
I have a copy of the book given to me before I went to sea as an Engineer=Apprentice with the then British Tanker Company, of which P.T.B.C. was Chaplain. Inscr: "To Geoffrey Hartwell - Well done! - Godspeed! - Tubby 12/7/54" in his own hand. I cab find no mention of the book in the article. Geoffrey BH 15:02, 21 June 2017 (UTC)
