Which is the largest mall in Bengaluru?

I read Phoenix is the largest mall; on what basis? retail floor of Mantri itself 1.7 million sqft where as the entire Phoenix is 1.6 million sqft.

Better to write one of the largest malls in Bengaluru as someone wrote in Mantri page.
