Resham is a Pakistani film and television actress.[1] She appeared in Sangam, for which she won a National Award For Best Actress.[2] She is currently appearing in the drama series Naagin.[3] Resham will appear in The Trial and an untitled Kamran Shahid film.[4]
In 2012, she launched an eastern wear boutique in France.[5]
Career
Resham started her career with film Jeeva in 1995.[6] She continued to portray leading and supporting roles in Pakistani films until the decline of Lollywood in early 2000s. She made her comeback to films with social-drama Swaarangi in 2014.[7] She is currently playing the pivotal role of Sajna Sapairan in supernatural drama series Naagin, which is Pakistan's first ever television serial based on the subject of Ichchhadhaari Naagin.[8] In addition, she is also doing a Pakistani film Maula Jatt 2.[9]
