New technology section

I have added this, because the existing text only covers the creation of a light rope. Many of these may be brought together to create a cable, and that can be an iterative process.

I have made my own ropes, as a model-making exercise, within a wider interest as a member of the Intenational Guild of Knot Tyers, where knowledge of the internal construction of a rope or cable is essential as a step towards working with the same. Different Nations have different definitions of the two terms, rope and cable, which are not synonymous, although in general "rope" is the lighter grade and "cable" the heavier.
