Julie Nathanson (born May 10) is an American actress and voice actress who can currently be heard as ‘Silver Banshee’ and ‘Jewelee’ in WB/DC’s animated film Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay and as ‘Jess Black’ in Ubisoft’s action-adventure first-person shooter game, Far Cry 5, available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. She first performed that role in the 2011 video game Kinect: Disneyland Adventures.

Biography

Nathanson, graduated from Tufts University before beginning her career in acting. She was first seen in the 1996 TV movie Kiss & Tell, and subsequently appeared on several television series and movies such as, Beverly Hills, 90210 (1996-1997), Soldier of Fortune, Inc.. (1998-1999), The Zeta Project (2001-2003) and Spider-Man: The New Animated Series. Since 2004, she is also often heard in video games as voices of different characters.

In 2000, she wrote some episodes of the television series Just Deal, and has also been nominated for an award held on to the Writers Guild of America Award in the category Best Screenplay for a Teen series.[1]

Nathanson also operates under the name of July Nathanson.

She is married to David Holcomb and resides in Los Angeles, California.

Up next for Nathanson is YouTube Red’s animated space adventure comedy, “Dallas and Robo”, where she will recur as numerous computer voices alongside Kat Dennings and John Cena. Frequently heard in many Final Fantasy games, fans most often recognize Julie’s comically memorable ‘Chocolina’ in Final Fantasy 13-2 and Lightning Returns. Julie also voices ‘Chill’ in the Skylanders game series, ‘Scarlett Turner’ on Elena of Avalor, ‘Samantha Maxis’ in Call of Duty: Black Ops, ‘Lampita Pasionado’ in Psychonauts, ‘Medic’ in Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty, ‘Ro’ on “The Zeta Project”, and ‘Robin’ on the original “Powerpuff Girls”.[2]
