Samsung Galaxy J1 Nxt is an Android smartphone developed by Samsung Electronics and was released in February 2016. The phone has 8GB of storage, 1GB of RAM, and a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU.[1]

Software

As of September 2015, phones that have Verizon Wireless came with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. While phones that had an older version such as Android 4.4.4 KitKat (which it used to come with) would have an update for Lollipop.[2]

Hardware

The Samsung Galaxy J1 Nxt has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. A microSD card can be inserted for up to an additional 128GB. The rear camera's resolution is 5 MP. The video resolution is 720p at 30fps. It has a CPU of Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 and a Mali-400MP2.[3]
