  • Comment: Even though there are articles for secondary sources, it's still not clear what makes him Wikipedia notable. The lead paragraph should highlight this information. If he is primarily an author, list his books, and the reception from the books. Is he a best-selling author? What awards did he get? If he is an entrepreneur, list his organizations and how they have become successful and Wikipedia notable. The websites for the organization don't need to be externally linked like that, but can be added as a reference. The list of local news stations doesn't need to be cited like that, but just used as references on elaborating the work. What is Journey Along the Erie Canal? Is it a book? An organization? An event? Compare to Team In Training. also since John D. Robinson article already exists, this should have a disambiguation modifier like (author). That he has an entry on the White House page is good but it should also be covered by news articles that he has such an entry. The information is there, it just needs better organization. • Comment: Th problem is not only or even primarily the lack of inline citations. There are two more basic problems: the article does not really show notability , which must be done by references providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, not press releases or mere announcements, and at least as important, the article appears to be a promotional article intended to promote his importance. Encyclopedias do not do that. DGG ( talk ) 04:40, 4 July 2017 (UTC)
