Mindspace is the industrial park developed by K Raheja Corp and all the projects in it are for lease purpose only. The first Mindspace office was set up in Hyderabad in 1990. At present, there are seven Mindspace commercial parks in India – three in Navi Mumbai (Airoli East), Airoli (West) & Juinagar). One in Mumbai (Malad). And three in Hyderabad (Madhapur, Pocharam, Shamshabad). Mindspace focuses on Green Constructions and provides commercial properties with work and recreational environments. Its infrastructure has a mix of lifestyle amenities.

K Raheja Corp has been operational over 6 decades. It is a business house that spans across verticals – residential real estate, commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, malls etc.

Mindspace is a gated community which provides an integrated workspace with a club house, cafeteria, restaurants and other lifestyle and recreational facilities.
