Reversion of Half Life 2 mods page

I reverted your edits removing your info about the unreleased mod "Waterloo". Per the guidelines set forth in the discussion page, mods without readily available released playable content are not to be added (emphasis mine).

* There must be some basic level of assurance that this mod is not vaporware. A general guideline is if the mod does not have a website yet or a downloadable playable version, it does not belong in this list.
