Italicization of ranks

Hi, the three articles upwards from Coprothermobacterales had broken taxoboxes, which were caused by italicizing the taxon names. The rule in the English Wikipedia is that (except for viruses) we only italicize the names of ranks at or below genus. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Text formatting#Scientific names.
