Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) is a regional organisation working to find practical solutions for people to protect their lives, properties and livelihoods from the force of natural hazards in the Asia-Pacific. It believes in building better from the beginning and preparing public institutions and communities for effective disasters response. ADPC reaches out to disaster prone communities to assist them address the root causes of risks by utilizing its scientific knowledge-base and technical expertise in the field of disaster risk reduction and climate change mitigation.
