Personetics Technologies is a FinTech software company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, with additional offices in New York, London and Singapore.[1] The company provides Self-Driving Finance™ solutions that utilize artificial intelligence to analyze customer transaction data in real-time and use this analysis to deliver personalized information that can help customers manage their finances and improve financial outcomes.[2][3][4][5] The solutions are used by banks worldwide, including six of the top 12 banks in North America and Europe.[6]

History

Personetics was founded in 2011 by David Sosna and David Govrin.[7] In 2014, the company was named a Cool Vendor by Gartner.[8] In 2015 the company appeared on KPMG’s Fintech100, a list of the most innovative companies worldwide.[9] In 2016, it was part of the Fintech 50 list published by FinTechCity.[10]

Products

Personetics Self-Driving Finance platform comprises three products: Act, Engage, and Assist.

Act

Personetics Act is an automated, algorithmic-based money management solution. Act helps bank customers define their financial goals, then analyzes their financial situation and real-time transactions in order to suggest the most optimal ways to achieve these goals. The app adapts to the user’s preferences and optimizes its financial recommendations accordingly.[11]

Engage

Personetics Engage provides bank customers with personalized financial guidance, incorporating predictive insights and advice.

Assist

Personetics Assist is an AI-driven chatbot solution, combining state of the art conversational AI capabilities, domain specific machine learning based advisory services, and broad and deep domain knowledge of the consumer banking and finance industries.[12]

Partners

Personetics solutions are white-labeled by several of the world’s largest banks to provide personalized self-driving finance capabilities to the bank customers through their web and mobile apps. In September 2017, Personetics and the Royal Bank of Canada announced two new financial guidance services, NOMI Insights and NOMI Find & Save, delivered through the bank's mobile app.[13][14] In 2018, Wells Fargo confirmed its new mobile Predictive Banking capabilities are powered by Personetics.[15] Also in the same year, UK challenger banks Metro Bank and Tandem have launched Self-Driving Finance capabilities based on Personetics’ solutions.
