Endorse. This was deleted under WP:G1 (Patent nonsense). At first glance, I agreed that this was not a valid G1. It was created as a sub-category of Category:Ethics, which at least seems plausible. But, digging deeper, this was created by now-ifdef-blocked User:I Hate DFPS, who apparently went on a vandalism spree, creating Category:Good, Category:Evil, and Category:Stupid, and then tagging a bunch of articles and user pages with those.
