Prime Minister for Women

Michaelia Cash is NOT the minister.

Tony Abbott has made a point of nominating himself as The Prime Minister for Women. He refused to reign in the face of 'wink gate'. It is a political act in the face of Julia Gillard's misogyny tirade. Why is he not listed here as such?

Here is a link to Cash's official title: https://www.aph.gov.au/~/media/03%20Senators%20and%20Members/32%20Members/Lists/minlist.ashx Here is the news article (which is also linked on the page) which declares Abbott as the Minister for Women: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/sep/18/tony-abbott-womens-minister-portfolio Roy Scherer (talk) 07:11, 24 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This article is so rubbish it even contradicts the references it gives. Tony Abbott is Australia's Minister for Women as per the references given. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.6.236.68 (talk) 10:09, 16 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Update: i have edited this page to include Tony Abbott in the list as Minister for Women for the period 18 September 2013 – 15 September 2015, which brings it into line with the Tony Abbott page, and reflects reality. alexander110 01:23, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
