Title, redirects, disambiguation

[edit]

I created this page just now. Both Three Cs and Three C's already exist, as redirects to other pages: respectively Kenichi Ohmae, an academic who developed a business-management model by that name, and Diamond (gemstone), in reference to criteria for valuing gemstones.

I think most likely it would be best for those titles to redirect here instead, with {{tl:redirect}} hatnotes pointing to those articles. But to minimize any chance of disruption or controversy, I picked a longer title for this article instead, and put hatnotes on those.

I don't totally love the choice of "public health" for a parenthetical tag. Perhaps "Three Cs (COVID-19)"? "Three Cs (epidemiology)"? This one seemed best to me of the ones I thought of; but perhaps someone will think of a better one, or feel strongly that one of those is better and move it to there.
