Deletion of the Society of North American Goldsmiths article on Dec 26 2020
I am trying to learn more about being a Wikipedia editor and was trying to understand why this page was deleted.
It used to be here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Society_of_North_American_Goldsmiths&action=edit&redlink=1
Trying to learn so would appreciate any insight you can provide
Thanks Emage2 Emage2 (talk) 23:41, 29 December 2020 (UTC)

So were you including the sockpuppet's opinion in the A. E. London Delete decision?
According tp https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Pmand, that account was a sockpuppet and has been blocked indefinitely. The only other 'delete' comment after the article was re-listed was from an editor who is mostly retired and, I suspect, was specifically recruited to the discussion for that purpose. I personally resisted the urge to recruit friends who are also long-established editors to express opinions in concert with mine as I understand that to be against community expectations. I mentioned the nomination for deletion on my facebook, but mostly the result was expressions of renewed revulsion at how much Wikipedia sucks (not my opinion- theirs) rather than any desire by people to engage with it. Is there any minimum expectation level of engagement by real people with a discussion like this in order to show consensus? Netmouse (talk) 04:37, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
- Netmouse, please link to the discussion at issue. Sandstein 10:14, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry, I'm not sure the best way to link to it so here's the whole url: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/A._E._London Netmouse (talk) 19:57, 4 January 2021 (UTC)
- Like this: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/A. E. London. Netmouse, in this discussion, everybody but you was in favor of deletion. Irrespective what one may think of individual opinions, in the end there's no other way I could close this discussion. Sandstein 22:19, 4 January 2021 (UTC)

Hey, so, I was wondering if you knew how to move the Masters of the Universe: Revelation page from draft space to main page. You were the last person, besides me, that edited the article. So, can you help me out? FilmLover72 (Talk) 8:30 3 January 2021 (UTC)
