"Para Olvidarte de Mí" is a song by Mexican pop-rock group RBD.[1] It was released on 26 January 2009 to airplay and digital download as the lead and only single from their then-sixth and final studio album of the same name.[2] The single's music video was compiled from footage of RBD's previous music videos and live performances. The song, along its album, was released after the group ended its activities, and therefore no promotion or a proper video were made, resulting in the song not entering any music chart. The single was released as a farewell to the group's fanbase before their official disbandment.[3]

Music video

The music video for "Para Olvidarte de Mí" premiered on the Mexican TV network Televisa. The video is composed of behind the scenes footage, live footage from the group's numerous performances and scenes from the telenovela Rebelde. The music video served as a way to look back upon RBD's incredible trajectory and for fans to remember all the moments they shared together with the group.[4]
