Category:Treaties of Serbia
← Serbia and Montenegro | Republic of Kosovo → |
Treaties concluded or ratified by Serbia. Where appropriate, articles should be placed in the subcategories. This category may contain articles about treaties concluded or ratified by Serbia since 5 June 2006, which is the date on which Serbia and Montenegro was dissolved.
Note that many treaties that are currently in force for Serbia were ratified Serbia and Montenegro (also known as the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia). At international law, Serbia is the successor state to Serbia and Montenegro, so unless denounced, a treaty ratified by Serbia and Montenegro remains in force for Serbia.
