Politics
Wicks appointed as member of the Montana Senate for the 39th district following the death of Mark Sweeney. She served from June, 21, 2022 through November 9, 2022 for the remainder of the 2021 Legislative session.[2]
Jessica Wicks announced her candidacy running for Senate District 36 as a Democratic candidate in September 6, 2023.[3]
Personal
In 2022, Wicks was recognized as a community leader in the Montana Standard's 20 under 40 for southwestern Montana.[4]
Wicks has volunteered for the Anaconda Pintler Search and Rescue since 2017. She was voted in as Commander in 2021.[5]
