Ivan L. Moody also known by the pseudonym Ghost is an American singer, music producer. he was born January 7th 1980 [1] in Colorado, he grew up in Denver. His band Five Finger Death Punch is from Los Angeles, California. Moody is known for his typical heavy metal vocal style. He has performed for several bands - Toiz, Black Blood Orchestra, Motograter, Ghost Machine, and Five Finger Death Punch.
His career highlights include: Being the lead vocalist of Motograter and Five Finger Death Punch, who also won Metal Hammer's Best New Band Award at The Golden Gods Awards 2009, and Nominated For Kerrang's best International Newcomer Award. Motograter being voted the best band of 2004 by Hit Parader [2], performing in front of large crowds at Ozzfest in 2003 and touring with many successful bands including Korn, Disturbed, Marilyn Manson, Nothingface, Slipknot, Mushroomhead and Killswitch Engage. Moody starred horror film Bled, playing the role of Incubus.[3]
