Noah Finn Adams (born August 18, 1999), known professionally as NOAHFINNCE, is a British singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and Youtuber.[1]
Biography
Early Life
Adams was raised in Ascot. He attended a naval boarding school from the age of 13, graduating in 2017.[2][3]
Private life
He's currently in a relationship with Corry, a fellow YouTuber who's sometimes also featured in his videos. He addressed this in multiple vlogs, including a video in early 2019[4].
YouTube
Adams initially posted covers on Instagram, but in 2015 he moved his covers to his "NOAHFINNCE" YouTube channel—some of are still his most-viewed videos with over a million views and over 100,000 likes—as the former platform imposed a 15 second limit on videos at the time.[2] As his channel grew, he began posting more vlog content alongside his covers. His first-ever video on YouTube that is still online was a Q&A video in March 2016[5]. The first videos of his besides classic vlogging were about room tours and hair dying among other things. Adams then began sharing music videos for his original songs on YouTube in 2018, with the debut of his first single, "Asthma Attack". With more than 800,000 subscribers, Adams now posts content discussing LGBT topics alongside his covers and original music videos.[6]
Signing to Hopeless Records
On 19 November 2020, Adams announced he had been signed to Hopeless Records. The announcement was accompanied by the release of the song "Life's A Bit", with the music video published the same day on his Youtube channel.[7]
Personal Life
Adams is a transgender male, who has spoken about his transition and offers advice to people through his YouTube channel, while creating a separate name and recognition for himself within his music. In September 2017, he officially came out as trans on his YouTube channel with a video[8]. Adams publicly came out as bisexual in 2020.[9] In 2021, he was diagnosed with ADHD.[10]
