Poem

What is the difference between a vignette and a poem? --User:205.155.26.8 17:33, 14 February 2007‎

Incomprehensible sentence

I fail to understand this sentence, it seems quite incoherent to me:

"Like a vignette about a house belongs to a collection of vignettes or a whole story such as The House On Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros."
