I've removed some of the text from this article as it appears to be from http://www.buffalosoldier.net/CharlesYoung.htm which was published before this article was written and is copyrighted (I noticed this when trying to find out whether this edit was accurate or not. It was added in one edit, and there is no assertion that permission has been granted. Snigbrook -- I dumped a lot back in from the same source, which clearly states it can be reprinted for educational use. I did some minor revisions, which I'd be happy to change, but otherwise, there is no information on this very important military figure.
