Darkness Shines deleted my contribution saying that it is copyrighted material. My source included the annual report which is not copyrighted as the information is released to the public domain by the Islamic Development Bank for the viewing of the general public. The WP:PD states that the public domain material is material “that were released into the public domain by the copyright holder”.
