User:KhanSwim, your information from SwimSwam article: “Although Russian swimmers are currently banned from competing in all FINA events, the global governing body has said that as long as all FINA rules are followed, world records set at the competition will stand up as official.”https://swimswam.com/kliment-kolesnikov-blasts-22-11-to-set-new-world-record-in-50-back-scm/ is amazing, but it has a key reservation "as long as all FINA rules are followed". Only FINA can confirm whether they are followed in Kazan or not. Let's wait for a confirmation from FINA that it is the case. (And please, find the consensus here before making arguable changes.)
