The 41-Year-Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It is an American spoof of several of Judd Apatow's films, namely The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Superbad.

The story follows Andy (Bryan Callen), a 40-year old who desperately wants to lose his virginity. His teenage roommates have similar goals and with the help of their nerdy pal, McAnalovin’ (Austin Michael Scott), and his fake I.D., they manage to get into a bar where Andy ends up losing his virginity. However, he impregnates the girl he hooked up with.

Slumdog Millionaire was originally going to be referenced in the title but still has parts in the movie. The film also spoofs other things such as High School Musical, Twilight, The Hangover, the Verizon cell phone guy and NBC's To Catch a Predator.

The film was released direct to DVD on June 8, 2010.
