The College of Westchester (abbreviated CW) (Formerly known as The Westchester Business Institute) (WBI), located in White Plains, New York, is a private institution granting certificates and Associate's Degrees. In 2008, the NY State Board of Regents authorized CW to offer the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (B.B.A.). CW is a small, private college that offers many degree and certificate programs in technology, business and allied health fields. CW is a member of the Microsoft Certified Solution Provider (MCSP) program, as well as of the Computer Technology Industry Association. They offer classes and exams that prepare students for certification in A+, Network+ and certain Microsoft certifications.

Students come from throughout New York State and Connecticut to attend day, evening or weekend classes. Upon graduation, students either enter their chosen fields directly, or else transfer to other schools to obtain their Bachelor's Degrees.
