About Me

My name is Holy (frequently stylized as h0ly) and I'm very new to the Wikipedia space. This addiction started by noticing that Norwegian and Scandinavian desserts were frequently left out of dessert lists, and now this is a full-time hobby for me! Due to neurodivergence (and possible brain damage), I'm currently hyperfixated on baked goods, pastries, cakes, and cookies--mostly from the Scandinavian or Northern Europe regions of the world. My favorite things to bake, however, are breakfast/dessert breads, such as nutbread, banana bread, apple bread, and especially pumpkin bread, as well as cookies, such as snickerdoodles, peanut butter blossoms, serinakaker, biscotti, and pumpkin cookies.

I am also very interested in Germanic languages, Death metal (specifically Melodic death metal), Black metal, Norway, general baking and gastronomy, mycology, Industrial metal, coffee and coffee culture, early 2000s culture, true crime and psychology, and the occasional TV show (albeit very rarely), such as Metalocalypse, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and South Park. I have an unreal amount of knowledge on Team Fortress 2 (I was an Engineer main). I'm currently studying neuroscience at university and am very interested in brain chemistry and its expressed functions.
