Iron Lung is a 2022 horror game developed by David Szymanski, who is best known as the creator of Dusk.
Gameplay[edit]
The game follows an unnamed protagonist that has been forced to explore a moon with oceans made out of human blood using a makeshift submarine called the MS-13, which has the nickname of "Iron Lung."
Reception[edit]
Destructoid gave the game a 9/10 rating, praising it for "keep[ing] [the player] feeling perpetually vulnerable."[1]
