The Teafaerie

The Teafaerie is a noted[1][2][3] public intellectual in psychedelic culture, known for her diverse creative contributions, including writing stories, poems, movies, plays, essays, making videos, organizing flash mobs, as well as her writing for Erowid.

Her column, "Teatime: Psychedelic Musings from the Center of the Universe,"[4] has been featured on Erowid since 2008, one of only 2 authors to be featured.

She was interviewed in the National Geographic Explorer episode Inside LSD[5] in 2009.

The Teafaerie has presented, both individually and as part of panel discussions, at numerous conferences and events worldwide,[6] and has been a guest on numerous podcasts covering psychedelics and festival culture.[7]

She contributed chapters to How Psychedelics Can Help Save the World: Visionary and Indigenous Voices Speak Out, 'Gathering Sounds' and 'Gathering Sounds, Too,'[8] and authored "No Retirement Plan For Wizards," an appeal for financial support for Ann and Sasha Shulgin.

She is also recognized as a pioneer in the harm reduction field of peer support.[9]
