Occupation of Latvia

I noticed your new article on the Occupation of Latvia by Nazi Germany, which I think is an excellent beginning; the thing is that some of us recently decided to merge an article on "Baigais gads" into the article Occupation of Latvia 1940-1945, which is intended to cover the 1940 occupation, the Nazi occupation from 1941, and the reoccupation by the Soviets 1944-45. I am not yet proposing a merger on your article page, since maybe you don't think it is a good idea to cover these subjects in a single article. What do you think? --Pēteris Cedriņš 16:11, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think there should be 2 different articles because both of them are very wide subjects.--£ 17:15, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. Then perhaps the best thing would be to make one article that gives an overview of the period and links to separate articles. --Pēteris Cedriņš 17:19, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yea, maybe.--£ 17:21, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I've seen you've collaborated to several articles about history of WW2. I have just updated with some new material the article about Armistice of Italy of SEptember 8, 1943. As my mother language is not English, it needs some cleanup... Can you lend some help? Thank in advance e good work from Attilio
