This is not a Zombie computer, nor is it an open proxy. This IP is a private static IP that belongs to User:Prom3th3an. He uses is for his home computer and for web hosting other wiki's

Decline reason:

I take it from Prom3th3an's signature below that this is his request. Prom3th3an: this block will not affect you if you log in. Since you have an account and should not be prevented from editing by this block, you should take the matter up directly with the blocking admin, User:East718. PER ABOVE + The blocking admin has ignored my request over IRC. I am also question the conduct of the blocking admin and would like an independent admin to review this block. This block was based entirely on the events of an IRC conversation when i raised that I had an open proxy running on my web server. They trust me enough to block my IP and exclude my account but not enough to unblock my own IP fullstop now that I have closed the proxy, this is severely questionable and i am of the opinion that other motives are at work. I take full responsibility for what this IP does as it is my static IP. I also like to point out that I am considering making a new account to get a fresh start, this block hinders that and I am certain the blocking admin is also aware of this.
