I've already explained how you can edit. You need to sign in with an account. Wikipedia is happy to create an account for you if you don't have one already; you can use WP:ACC. Well, you'd first need to demonstrate you control all the IP addresses in the 216.205.224.0/19 range. That's quite plausible, as the range belongs to Fox Entertainment Group, so it's controlled by someone at Fox. You'd need to provide convincing evidence you have tracked down the person responsible for the abuse and taken specific steps to ensure they'll never edit Wikipedia again (until their main account is unblocked). Note, though, this pretty much requires you to be a network administrator at Fox. If your goal is just to edit Wikipedia, I very strongly suggest you follow the instructions I've provided.   • If you wish to edit, please use WP:ACC, and an account will be created. There was significant disruption coming from an individual using this range, and I did not block it lightly.
