Sanctions

Since you have blanked the page, I'm going to assume you've read and understood the notices I placed, despite your immediate violation of BLP on my talkpage. You are blocked for 48 hours, logged at the BLP arbitration enforcement page. If you repeat the edits in question, you will be blocked for a longer term and will be restricted from editing biographies of living persons. You may also be subject to GamerGate-related sanctions. However, I'm going to hold off on those for now, assuming that you now understand that we take BLP violations seriously, and that ignoring obvious warnings will bring consequences. • Yes, I understand. Do you? I tried to explain that I DID NOT intentionally mean to defame anyone. My intent that pointing that (Redacted) and requesting an edit that two approved Wikipedia categories be added to her profile would be no different than me adding a Wikipedia category to Kurt Vonnegut's Wikipedia article stating that he is categorized as an American writer, which he is, among other things. And yet you blank out my polite explanation from your talk page and BLOCK ME from editing for 48 hours? What for? Because you haven't the character to act like a man and admit you made a mistake? I'm not (Redacted) and never have been. I've got a long history of making constructive additions to Wikipedia. Good day. Neptune's Trident (talk) 17:34, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
