Hello! I hope you're doing well given all the craziness going on in this world of ours. Exactly one month ago today I requested a renewal of my Gale access. It's still marked as Sent to partner. Am I misunderstanding something, or just not patient enough? If it's lack of patience, I'm sorry!! I really appreciate the service you all provide the community so we can write more varied articles, not just rehashings of what's already Googleable. Hi Psiĥedelisto. Everything shows that you're set on our end. Go to https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org, and hit "My Library". Gale should appear on the list for you, and you can click "Access collection". -- Netoholic @ 03:39, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

@Psiĥedelisto: Definitely not a waste of my time! Its Wikipedia that is at a loss for you missing a month. Insider secret, but that status message means that for some services, but not all. The Library access website recently went through a bit of an overhaul recently and it probably needs a new message to differentiate. One benefit is that some services like Gale are basically instantly renewable, so this shouldn't be a concern in 11 months. -- Netoholic @ 04:02, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
