yamunanagar history

Hi, I was going through the article "Yamunanagar" and noticed that you are one of the contributers. Could you please tell me about sources, especially the following line- "Yamuna Nagar was earlier known as 'Abdullahpur' which was later renamed by the city's eminent personality Lt Lala Kailash Chandra Ji after independence.". I would really like to authenticate the above fact and find documentation or any sort of proof of the same as Lala Kailash Chandra Ji was my great grandfather.
