This is an apparent historical photo. So it's not clear exactly how it is "own work". The same goes for the portrait that this was (for some reason) used to overwrite. The subject died in 1994. So we can probably cobble together a good enough fair use rational if nothing else is available. But if we're using any non free image under fair use, it may be advisable to use one where the source is known. GMGtalk 21:22, 5 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

-- There is a good reason why it is "own work" it is because it is only based on and looks similar to a historical photo, but is in fact an original rendering based on at least three photos merged and adjusted artistically. Wikidas©
