Delete - No reason to keep. This is not SPI clerking, because the sockpuppets have already been blocked. We speedily delete stuff by sockpuppets if the puppeteer has already been blocked, and might as well delete stuff by sockpuppets before the blocking if it doesn't have a purpose, and this doesn't.
