Ranges
While these pools are based on the idea of each person only picking a single date (which makes sense, and which I abided by in my actual entry), I'd just like to note here on the talk page that personally, I could really see Wikipedia reaching this milestone anywhere within the range of dates from May 25, 2023, to May 11, 2026. That's all! Thanks, Cooljeanius (talk) (contribs) 21:21, 4 November 2015 (UTC)
Prediction
Wikipedia is now at halfway between five million and seven million. It has taken it four years, two months and a bit under a month to gain one million articles. Therefore I predict it will take it another four years, two months and a bit under a month to gain another million articles. It will reach seven million in middle April 2024, and User:M'encarta will win. JIP | Talk 20:26, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
