The 1921 Fresno State Bulldogs football team represented Fresno State Normal School[note 1] during the 1921 college football season.

1921 was the inaugural season of intercollegiate play for Fresno State. They competed as an Independent for this season, and became a charter member of the California Coast Conference (CCC) the following season. The 1921 team was led by head coach Arthur Jones. They finished as with a record of two wins and five losses (2–5). The Bulldogs were outscored by their opponents 49–121 for the season.
