The 1990 Australian Indoor Championships was a tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in Sydney in Australia and was part of the Championship Series of the 1990 ATP Tour. The tournament ran from 1 through 8 October 1990.

West Germany Boris Becker defeated Sweden Stefan Edberg 7–6, 6–4, 6–4

Men's Doubles

Australia Broderick Dyke / Sweden Peter Lundgren defeated Sweden Stefan Edberg / Czechoslovakia Ivan Lendl 6–2, 6–4

  • It was Dyke's only title of the year and the 8th of his career. It was Lundgren's only title of the year and the 6th of his career.
