The 1994 NCAA Men's Division I Ice Hockey Tournament involved 12 schools playing in single-elimination play to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college ice hockey. It began on March 25, 1994, and ended with the championship game on April 2. A total of 11 games were played.

Lake Superior State's 9-1 victory in the title game was the largest margin of victory since 1961.

Qualifying teams[1]

The at-large bids and seeding for each team in the tournament were announced after the conference tournaments concluded. The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) and Hockey East each had four teams receive a berth in the tournament while the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) and the ECAC had two berths.
