The 2003 Estonian Figure Skating Championships (Template:Lang-et) are a figure skating national championship held annually to determine the national champions of Estonia. Skaters compete in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.
The 2003 championships were held in Tallinn, Estonia from December 7 to December 9, 2002.
