The 2015–16 Spartan South Midlands Football League season is the 17th in the history of Spartan South Midlands Football League a football competition in England.
Premier Division
The Premier Division consists of 22 clubs.[1]
The following 3 clubs left the Premier Division before the season -
- Ampthill Town - relegated to Division One
- Hillingdon Borough - relegated to Division One
- Kings Langley - promoted to Southern League Division One Central
The following 3 clubs joined the Premier Division before the season -
- Bedford - promoted from Division One
- Broxbourne Borough - promoted from Division One
- Welwyn Garden City - promoted from Division One
Five clubs have applied for promotion to Step 4: AFC Dunstable, Berkhamsted, Hertford Town, Hoddesdon Town and London Colney.[2]

The following 5 clubs joined the division before the season -
- Ampthill Town - relegated from Premier Division
- Brimsdown - promoted from Division Two
- Broadfields United - promoted from Middlesex County League Premier Division
- Hillingdon Borough - relegated from Premier Division
- New Bradwell St. Peter - promoted from Division Two
In addition, Bush Hill Rangers changed their name to Woodford Town
