Group A of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification tournament is one of the 13 groups to decide the teams which qualify for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations finals tournament. The group consists of four teams: Tunisia, Togo, Liberia, and Djibouti.[1]

The teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format, between June 2015 and September 2016.[2]

The group winners qualify for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, while the runners-up also qualify if they are one of the two runners-up with the best records.[3]
