2019 Fed Cup World Group II play-offs
Appearance
The 2019 World Group II Play-offs will consist of four ties involving the losing nations of the World Group II and four nations from the three Zonal Group I competitions. Nations that win their play-off ties will enter the 2020 World Group II, while losing nations will join their respective zonal groups.
